Camper Information
Piedmont Bible Camp is a camp for youth ages 12-17. Every summer, young people meet new friends, experience exciting adventures, and interact with Christian, and godly staff. At the same time, a fire is kindled in their hearts to know Jesus more and to get closer to Him.
Lodging
Enjoy a real camping experience! Lodging will be in large tents or simple cabins.
Food
Tasty, non-dairy, plant-based meals will be provided.
Staff
Our staff is carefully selected because of their commitment to the Lord, high Christian standards, and love for young people.
Emergencies
Qualified medical personnel will be available at all times.
Financial
The camp fee includes meals, lodging, and camp activities. Some classes have an additional fee, which may be paid during check-in. Fees must be paid when applying to camp. (The priority for class selections will depend on the date the camp fee is paid in full.)
- Christmas Deal: $399 from December 5 to December 31, 2025
- Early Bird: $420 from January 1 to February 13, 2026.
- Regular: $450 from February 14 to May 7, 2026.
- Late: $475 from May 8 to May 29, 2026.
Transportation
Pick-up/drop-off services are available from/to Charlottesville ($50), Washington Dulles ($90), Reagan Washington National ($110), and Richmond International ($120) airports. Campers should arrive by 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 14, 2026, and fly out after 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 21, 2026. The camp cannot offer transportation services outside of these times. If this service is needed, details must be worked out ahead of time with the camp office.

Campers may use phones in case of emergencies. Parents wishing to contact their children should write or e-mail to pbc@hartland.edu.
