Financial

The camp fee includes meals, lodging, and camp activities. Some classes have an additional fee, which may be paid during check-in. Fees must be paid when applying to camp. There is a $100 cancellation fee, the latest you can cancel is two weeks prior to camp. after that you cannot cancel but you can transfer your spot to someone else. (The priority for class selections will depend on the date the camp fee is paid in full.)

  1. Christmas Deal: $399 from December 5 to December 31, 2025
  2. Early Bird: $420 from January 1 to February 13, 2026.
  3. Regular: $450 from February 14 to May 7, 2026.
  4. Late: $475 from May 8 to May 29, 2026
